Capacity Building

Afghan National Police – As it becomes more apparent both in Iraq and Afghanistan, one cannot bring stability to a nation after internal conflict without basic law and order on the streets of its towns and cities.  The law and order the citizens and international sponsors require will only be achieved when there are trained and disciplined public servants carrying out the law without fear or favour.  Brompton International can assist with its former military and police professionals, who have an extensive experience of capacity building and working in close cooperation with police and military in post conflict countries.

Security Guards - Static security guards are used in almost every country of the world in various capacities, either armed or unarmed. The situation in Afghanistan, where guards are hired out to international organisations with the little to no training is from a client perspective, wholly inadequate. Brompton International’s focus is to build Afghanistan security capacity. We utilize professional trainers from Europe, who have a background in Special Forces and are qualified to train static guards up to a recognized certificate level. Additionally, training modules can be designed in a package format, as requirements can differ between organisations.

Cultural Awareness

Posting key personnel to conflict areas and expecting the change in location to be seamless is difficult, without effective and thorough preparation, both from a cultural and a security awareness perspective.
